Billing
Yes. You can cancel your Signal Tennis subscription at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal. There are no long-term commitments or cancellation fees.
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of your paid subscription if you are not satisfied. After 14 days, your subscription continues until the end of the current billing period.
Core (€19.99 monthly) includes your personalised Signal Portal, development journal, projections, rankings and match history, development roadmap, scouting and tournament planning, plus a 25% discount on technique and match reviews. Pro (€99.99 monthly) includes everything in Core plus one match review per month (€125 value), with curated highlights, charts and statistics, full match playback and filters, a Signal Match Report, benchmarks and detailed coaching. Standalone match reviews cost €125. Technique reviews cost €40 for one stroke or €100 for three strokes, with a 15 minute video per stroke.
